My new Tuscon

Good feeling all around. Salesman was not pressuring me. I don't like the time with the finance manager and would like to avoid. Very good.

Payoff descrepency

When we initially purchased the vehicle the service was average. However, after the vehicle was in our possession I was informed that the vehicle I traded was not paid off in full. At this point they are refusing to accept responsibility and pay the difference. If you choose to shop here please be cautious of your payoff and anything financially important.

See Diane!

Diane is NOT a pushy salesperson. She was willing to look at all the vehicles with me, but backed off when I just wanted to look. I had appointments all day and had to come and go throughout the day and did not try to push me into something I wasnt ready to do. She allowed me to research the vehicle online on my own and when I was finally ready to buy the Ioniq she took me through it step by step. Not pushy at all. The finance guy I could have done eithout. He,wanted me to buy every option. But having hyundais before I knew what I needed and wanted. He seemed tp get very upset when I didn't take his advice, and just started pushing things at me to sign. Ypu should let Diane do everything from beginning to end :-) if I would have met that guy first, I wouldnt have bought.

Great vehicles

I enjoyed working with Brian Wheeler in purchasing both of my vehicles. He made a special effort in helping us select the vehicle that met our requirements as for as options that we felt we needed and was able to find one in the color we wanted at a price we could afford. My son was happy for days and his friends were green with envy. In addition, Brian was not pushy but allowed us the space we needed to make our own decisions which made it a very comfortable buying experience. Another individual that we were very impressed with was Brian Caton. He was extremely friendly and presented details and options in an easy to understand manner without rushing through everything and leaving us confused like other dealerships often do. His good service didn't end there. When I ran into a problem with registration and insurance he was able to fix the problem even though it had nothing to do with anything that was caused by the dealership. It was simply an insurance procedural problem that could have cost me a lot of money. Thanks Brian, you were extremely helpful! I appreciate what you did for me.

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe

Great car. Great dealership in Arapahoe Hyundai. I would go here first to get a new Hyundai. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price was good.

Diane made the choice easy

Easy purchase. Went in and told them exactly what I wanted. Diane showed me exactly what I asked for. They priced it right the first time without any games, they did not knock their competition, they sold me on their service and their quality. Diane spent over an hour when we picked up the car to teach my wife how everything on the car worked. And even set up her phone and audio system. Above and beyond.

Purchase of a new vehicle

Had a great experience in purchasing my first vehicle all by myself! Nick was very friendly and not aggressive anytime and understood my needs and wants, when I thought about maybe wanting something a little more pricey he broke down based on my budget which car would best fit my needs, which I liked. Kris also made the financing portion painless and was also very friendly and helpful.
