We made an appointment with Andrew and he confirmed back

We made an appointment with Andrew and he confirmed back to us and want available when we came early for our appointment. He arrived half hour late. We had another employee help us. I didn't see this as professional behavior.

The salesman they initially gave me after spending 2

The salesman they initially gave me after spending 2 hours dealing with him and setting up the sale he then tried to Jack the price up to MSRP I spoke to his manager and got that ironed out and they gave me back to him he then said that offered to pick me up at the Midway Airport because I had to take a rental there to pick up the car he never showed I couldn't get a hold of him and neither could the dealership I stood outside in Chicago by myself for an hour trying to get an Uber not only did he not answer me but the sales manager who I called to help me contact him and get away to the dealership also did not return my call once I got a hold of him I informed them that they would be paying for my Uber and I wanted the rest of the sale to be seamless which they did manage to get right the next sale that they gave me was very kind very knowledgeable went above and beyond but why they would continue to give me Anthony after his underhanded dealings is beyond me I hope that they fired him I made it very clear that I did not want him to get any part of the commission on the sale being that it was a new vehicle

Found a Mach E online, called and spoke to a gentlemen

Found a Mach E online, called and spoke to a gentlemen named Kyle. I told him what I was looking for and that I’d be driving almost an hour and a half to come see it, and didn’t want my time wasted if it wasn’t what I expected. He went out and looked it over thoroughly and addressed my concerns. Told me it was everything that I would want, and I wouldn’t be disappointed. Last time I heard that I drove 12 hours round trip for nothing. Needless to say we went out to see it and it was EVERYTHING we wanted and then some. Kyle was spot on and 100% upfront and honest with me. Something that doesn’t happen much more and goes a long way in my book. Adam helped with the negotiations to the point that we couldn’t help but purchase it! These guys are top notch! Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for any Ford. Thanks again!!
