When looking for a new car - I was lucky to work with

When looking for a new car - I was lucky to work with Elden at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. He was knowledgeable and worked with me with every question I had, small or big! He made the process as personable as possible. Sometimes buying a car can be overwhelming, sometimes feeling as though you are just a "sale"... not this time! If I or anyone I know is ever looking for a car, I will make sure to point them to Classic Nissan Williamsburg and Elden!

When looking for a new car - I was lucky to work with Elden at Classic Nissan Williamsburg. He was knowledgeable and worked with me with every question I had, small or big! He made the process as personable as possible. Sometimes buying a car can be overwhelming, sometimes feeling as though you are just a "sale"... not this time! Fantastic experience!

Fantastic experience! Reed was excellent. TJ in Finance was wonderful. We would buy here again. 10/10. The next time we buy a vehicle we would look here first.

Wish we had found our car somewhere else.

Wish we had found our car somewhere else. After searching for a car and year we wanted, we found one here in our prices range. While our sales guys were great to work with, the management and finance people were rude and incompetent in the final paperwork. 2 trips and hours to finalize a simple deal. Manager was extremely pushy and rude when we questioned some things. And because we didn’t finance through them, (much better rate at our bank) we got the cold/rude treatment from the finance guy. Basically, sign here and get out. And whatever you do, don’t trade in your car. Sell it out right. If you see something you like, take cash or a check for the EXACT amount and don’t look back.

Bought a new 2024 Nissan frontier from classic Nissan

Bought a new 2024 Nissan frontier from classic Nissan traded in a 2021 Kia Saltos that I had financed through Carvana. They checked my payoff and offered me a trade-in. I told him I had no money down if they could make the deal work I would buy the new truck, they made the work and then the finance manager sold me a maintenance warranty that changes the oil he said it was only $600 after I got it. It was $1800 then Carvana is calling me telling me they haven’t paid the trade-in off well Nissan said it was paid off on the 18th Carvana insist it was not paid off almost 30 days later. The dealership is calling me telling me that there is more owed on the payoff than they thought so they need me to bring them 1500 more dollars down there. What the xxxx I have never experienced anything like this I have bought 25 cars. I’ve never dealt with anything like this. I have a friend that owns a Chevy dealership. He said he’s never even heard of this.

As always, the service department at Classic Nissan did a

As always, the service department at Classic Nissan did a wonderful job getting my car in and out in a very timely manner, with easy online scheduling and a seamless service appointment. Ben, my service advisor, is always thorough, attentive to my schedule, and does an excellent job helping to make sure my appointment and car are handled with care. In addition, Ben makes sure Tawa, my service tech, is available for my appointment. Tawa services my car well, keeps it clean, and checks for other issues. Thanks to all the service team at Classic Nissan.. well done!

Worst Experience Ever.

Worst Experience Ever. Bought two cars the same day. F250 had thousands of dollars worth of repairs. They put an inspection on it when it should have failed. I have had the truck for 2 months and will be going into the shop for the 5th time. Also bought a BMW and that car is going in the shop as soon as my truck comes out of shop due to engine problems. They are not honest and would not fix problems when they arose. Choose another dealership.

Bought a Frontier new 3+ years ago.

Bought a Frontier new 3+ years ago. I never have liked dealers until I purchased from Classic Nissan. They do all of the services and are very exceptional!!! Very easy to schedule online or phone call. The Team is Very professional with no pressure for extra items. They are always on time, stay in communication to keep you updated, and never had any surprises as they call before doing anything. I will add also that the sales Team was Great during my purchase. The last Nissan dealer I purchased from when I got a service...the sales Team would try to get you to look at new vehicles... None of this at Classic. Highly recommend for purchases and service.

I was in town recently and noticed that my tire pressure

I was in town recently and noticed that my tire pressure was extremely low so I reached out to the local Nissan Dealer in Williamsburg. I arrived at the service department and encountered a very nice man by the name of Brian Phipps. He was extremely nice to us and I highly recommend that you allow him to service your car needs. I had just purchased my Nissan Rogue and picked up a nail in my tire. Thanks again Brian! I appreciate your kindness as well as your professionalism!!! F. Johnson

Very negligent employee who messed up our paperwork on

Very negligent employee who messed up our paperwork on multiple occasions. She caused our refund to be sent to the wrong account and now they refuse to remedy their mistake which has costed us hundreds of dollars. She and Vay admit it was her fault but again refuse to fix it.
