My sales person didn’t keep following up with me but I
My sales person didn’t keep following up with me but I still did to insure that I was interested in leasing a product with him. Didn’t get the tutorial on how to use my radio. Salesman also didn’t seem to know much information about the product I wanted. Had to keep looking up specs. Salesman did say to call with any questions but acted like I could figure it out with my age. The process was pushed through quickly which is great but not in the manner I expected. The deal I got for my truck was very good and in budget which is why I stuck with the dealer. The finance gentleman, Tyler was great to work with, honest, and up front.

Would not honor my 3 year service guarantee I was given from Don Joseph Toyota. For 35 dollars lost a lifelong customer. Sad
