I was dreading the hassle of bring my car in after my experience at a different Ford dealership but bringing my car to Ron Carter Alvin was great. Doug made the drop off/pick up process simple and could already tell what was wrong before the technicians could look at it and assured me it would be a quick fix. Got my car back the very next day.
