Buyer Beware

They do not stand behind the vehicle’s they sell ,you have a problem with it forget it your screwed they never answer the phone !

0 stars if I could..did not honor warranty agreeme

Dealership and owner have earned my 0 Star review. . Please read on............ I traveled over 2 hours from Connecticut looking at a classic year 2000 Monte Carlo SS. Car appeared decent, so I purchased. Pickup shape was filthy not vacumed or washed and stickers left on and filthy windows .Check engine light came on enroute home. Engine problem Had to be pre-existing as only lasted 100 miles. Cost to repair was $450...Car also needed spark plugs, oil change, tires, air cleaner, and many other parts. Could not pass Ct. emissions after 3 tries and unable to register or drive for 2 months....I wrote the dealer /owner 3 times to reserve my right under the 30 day warranty for repair costs...ALSO WARRANTY IN CAR was switched from dealer paying 100% for 30 days to 50%... I then called the Owner/dealer He (Damon) and I agreed upon a meager $400 settlement check to quickly and amicably resolve this. I asked Damon the Dealership Owner when he would send me the settlement check and he stated in a couple of Days.....That was months and months age. A faulty vehicle, masked emissions engine light , a warranty switch and other problems . To top it off agreeing to send a check in a "couple of days" NEVER HAPENED I am 72 and dont have the time or patience to pursue this with Massachusetts Motor vehicles or the Attorney Generals Office. Shame on you. You have earned my 0 star review.
