Audi Coral Springs

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation, was told I needed a fuel induction service as well. Was quoted an amount for all 3 services. During the service, was told I needed new tires and no tire rotation would be performed, no problem. When I picked up my car (I had to call and ask if ready, was not notified when it was), the amount charged was over the quoted amount, even though only 2 of the 3 services had been performed. I know it's a luxury vehicle and maintenance costs are high, but did not understand why the quoted amount to the actual amount was so different, when these are routine services. Was also told a quote had been sent to me for tires, but I never received it.

worst ever looking for a new dealer the dealership originally said they would get us a new key. I dropped the car was called to bring in a charger which I do not have. When I picked up the car I got a key which is not truly useable as there is no top to attach to a key ring and was then told that would be an addiitonal $182. If I had known all of that I would never have bothered to waste time on the recall service. Also, not telling about the key until I called and asked seems poor.

Audi Coral springs is very responsive polite and thorough. AJ is the best he takes care of me tells me the truth and make sure all work is done properly so I don't have to go back. I have been working with them for 7 years and I'm very happy with the service 100%

Best experience I ever had at a dealership. All acted extremely professional, but Nick went way beyond our expectation. He was all the time there to answer any of our questions but far enough to give us space and let us decide at our own pace. Never pushy or arrogant like the experience we had at MB, Lexus or BMW. He had no issue to show us multiple cars, let us drive all of them, even 3 were actually identical.
