My audi required its initial 5000 mile service and Steve took great care of us. He kept us informed of progress and completed the work as promised. Steve has helped us with our service needs for our other audi vehicles and has always delivered great service at a a fair price.

Quick to respond to my needs. Always checks to see if coupon available to help outtake sure car is done on time. Only reason I have bought 4 audis and will continue to do so. Will drop what he's doing to check it out if I just pop in. Job always done first time and correctly

I have owned 2 A4s over the past 7 years. My first one was purchased at Audi Coral Springs and the other from another South Florida Audi dealer. Took my 2nd car to the other dealer for routine maintenance and had nothing but trouble. I had to wait in the lobby for over 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Then they didn't even bother to call me to tell me the parts needed to be ordered and I could avoid driving back to the dealer that day, so I wasted a trip. I should have avoided the whole issue and just gone to Audi Coral Springs. Since my first car, I have always had Steve Meyer as my Service Rep and plan to continue the relationship well into the future as an Audi owner. Upon arrival to Audi Coral Springs, they have a full staff of greaters in the service bay. As soon as I enter the lobby, Steve takes a moment to say hello, even if he's working with another Customer. He's very thorough with his explanations about any issue and what Audi recommends as a remedy. The paperwork is always ready to go and very organized, which I value highly. It demonstrates his thoroughness and ability to do his job extremely well. On a side note, they always have a nice Audi loaner car ready. At the other dealer, I typically recieved a rental car of low quality from their onsite rental agency. I'm sure that's cost effective on their end, however; as an owner who pays additional for the Audi Care, I have come to expect an Audi loaner. Overall, the entire process with Steve Meyer and the team at Audi Coral Springs is very smooth. There's nothing worse than knowing you will have to spend a lot of money and get frustrated or confused at the same time. I highly recommend Audi Coral Springs and if you do, request Steve.

Steve has been my service rep since I purchased my Audi in '09. My TT had some issues with the convertible top which took some time to take care of, since the factory had to redesign some parts. Steve did his best throughout to keep me informed of what was going on, how long it might take, and made sure I had a loaner car each time I had to leave mine behind. He and his crew do everything possible to make the customer feel appreciated, to listen to problems, and to show genuine concern for the upkeep of the car and the well being of the customer. While I initially leased elsewhere, my experience at Coral Springs Audi led me to work with Anthony Segreto to purchase the car at lease end. Again, Anthony was helpful and understanding of my concerns and gave me plenty of room to make my decision. Their service and dedication make dealing with Coral Springs Audi a pleasure...not something I have felt about other car dealers.

From the moment I looked on autotrader and found the vehicle I wanted, Mr. Richardson Baptiste did a good of responding to my email. When we spoke on the phone he was very thorough and professional. When I met with him to buy the car he did a good job of helping me through the process. He also went out of his way to offer me food from the dealership while I was waiting on my vehicle.
