They were no help at all!

They were no help at all!! I emailed asking about a Ferrari. Is it still available? Color of the interior, black vs blue? It was the model I wanted, fly yellow, but wanted to know if the interior was dark blue, what I wanted. The photo had poor white balance. On a monitor with a high-quality color separation, it was impossible to tell. They never responded to the two questions asked, just sending me a phone number to call. This same response was sent 4 times, despite me asking those same questions. I buy almost everything online. It is a waste of my time to talk to a salesperson for such easy questions. Then I dug deeper into multiple online reviews, I saw why they weren't forthcoming. They have terrible reviews with all kinds of complaints before, and especially after a sale. There number is now in the trash. I found a great dealer online who immediately exchanged useful emails. Yesterday I bought and am now in possession of a beautiful Ferrari. Cars.com and Lapin just wasted my time. Stay away!

I recently purchased a 458 from Ferrari San Diego through

I recently purchased a 458 from Ferrari San Diego through Lapin. Joel had promised SD Ferrari and I that the vehicle was in mint condition. Joel made several promises to the make the vehicle as close to what our expectations should be. Unfortunately it’s been 3 months and the Lapin team refuses to return my calls. There are several ethical exotic dealers and if you have a choice I would choose to work with anyone but this group.

Terrible Experience

What an awful experience trying to buy a vehicle from Lapin. I had been trying to purchase a 2007 Jeep Wrangler that has had a Hemi swap done for probably the past month. I had a trade (another Jeep) that I would have to take some parts off of prior to the deal. They assured me that it is no problem, we can do the deal, I could have a week or so, and then bring my Jeep into them. The first time I test drove their Jeep, it died on me and someone had to jump it despite me driving it 30 minutes. The airbag light was constantly going off. A week passes and they say the issue is fixed. I come in, no one is there, so I leave and come back a week later (I’m local to Phoenix). Airbag light and battery dying issue is still there. They say they will take it to a shop to get it checked out and fixed. That’s fine with me, as long as it gets fixed. We agree on numbers, and Joel says he would prefer to do a dealer buy-bid. I had to try to set the entire thing up with zero effort from the Lapin employees. Then I get a threatening text from Joel saying if I don’t come and sign immediately, the car will go up for auction. Mind you, this is after I had already said I would put a deposit down and sign everything to lock it in place. I was waiting on them to finish the buy bid. I had never had to try to purchase a vehicle so hard. Normally people put effort into making a sale. Joel and another employee (no longer there) are probably the worst salesmen and individuals I’ve had to deal with. I was so fed up and upset over the whole deal that I ended up just canceling it. They had a deal literally in their hands and lost it due to a lack of effort and respect. I would advise not to shop here.

Great experience

I recently consigned my high value car with Lapin and the experience was fantastic. The communication was excellent and the staff was professional and attentive. Would highly recommend and would definitely do it again
