At first things were very pleasant, since we told him

At first things were very pleasant, since we told him that we were pre-approved for the purchase of the vehicle. The Yukon that we drove had minor cosmetic issues and we didn't mind repairing those. But I am sure, that they switched vehicles on us. As soon as we drove off with the car the check tire sensor went off . My husband purchased 2 new tires, but the light remained on. Then as we drove just 15 mins into our trip to visit our new grandchild, the "Park Assist" sensor went off and Service Monitor system came on. So ,we pulled over and lifted up the hood....A pool of antifreeze pour at my husband's feet. Went back home. The next morning, we attempted to take the car back. Hans refused even though we were within the 3 day Recession period. He took the Yukon to the mechanics in the back . He pulled out 3 "Drip Rags" from underneath the Radiator Reservoir and found the radiator was cracked. He refused to return our money. And stated that he was going to keep 15% of the $6891 check, because of the of detailing and advertising of the vehicle. We said, " No!" He called the police; I am physically handicap. I can't run..So we stayed and waited to explain everything to the police. The police said he wanted off his property and threatened that we were trespassing and qwanted us off the property. We stayed and waited for the police and showed that we left him his Yukon and the keys. The police returned and told us that he said that the car was going to remain for 10 days and after 10 days he was going to sending the Yukon to the scrap yard Why would we keep and pay for a vehicle that is worthy of the scrap yard!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!!! My family and I could have burned up in this vehicle. The drip rags holding up the reservoir could have easily caught on fire causing the engine to explode with us in it. For your safety, please need this warning and purchase nothing from this man or the the lot. His vehicles are unsafe!!!

Not much to talk about them

I asked for quote including delivery, and they said "You can do a simple google search for transportation quote." Hans is such a good dealer!
