I purchased a used Mazda, and flew down to Tampa to pick it up. I had the privilege of working with Cesar Castillo as my sales person. I was not going to move forward with the deal, as I did not think the drive and hassle of doing this out-of-state would be worth the time and effort. Cesar was patient with me, and encouraged me to move through the process and see what they could do. He was right. Throughout my time in working with the dealership, I worked with Cesar, and then with Nelson Yecora. Both individuals handled my numerous questions and concerns with dignity, patience, and respect. I have nothing but high regard for the time they took out of their schedules to make this deal work. The car was very well maintained, and I am appreciative of all they did to make this work. To all who visit this website go talk to these guys and gals, make an appointment and schedule a test drive. I’ve been to 6 dealers from Newport Richie, Clearwater, St. Pete, and Tampa. This store has helped me and worked with me hands down! Above and beyond customer service! From the management to the sales CREW. They didn’t fight over price they didn’t keep me waiting in the lobby all by myself while they acted like they were talking to the “manager “ no pressure they know how it is to buy a car! They know we the customer are going to spend a whole lot of money and give us the time to make a decision. I highly recommend for anyone who dislikes the dealer to go see this place of business. They get the job done and don’t play with numbers! Great people!!

The entire team from sales to management and financing went above and beyond to get our deal done. We attempted to do deals at the big name dealerships an were met with decline after decline. Here at I-75 autos we were approved on our first try an drove away with the exact car we were shopping for.
