Working with Mario was pleasant, no pressure sales, they didn't have then color I wanted on the lot, were willing to bring a car for me from their LA dealership. I made the decision to purchase what was on the lot.

Fred helped me get my car checked in, said it would be at most an hour and a half. I think it took them closer to 35 minutes. Service was quick I got an oil change, tire rotation, and replace air filter. I arrived around 4 I think, maybe they didn’t have other cars yet. Appreciated the quick and friendly service, comfy waiting room, and Fred taking care of the car. Good job guys! Thanks!

I was very glad they had the Wrangler I wanted. Would have been even Better had they been willing to exchange the tires that I desired, but Al in all a good experience and happy ending. The detail finishing and care could have been better but comes with an honorable acknowledgment to make it right. Satisfied customer thus far.

After previous work was completed at Glendora-Dodge, Jeep dealership and it was not done correctly, I made an add'l appointment at the same dealership they called me the day before to say they would not service my jeep again. I called Sierra and they immediately provided me with an appt that I needed to change twice, when I arrived Stephaine helped me immediately and listened to my concerns, she called when the Jeep needed an add'l teardown. I was told that I needed new engine, and the car would be ready on a specific date, they finished early and called me to let me know, the car was ready, pulled out when I went to get it. Work done was explained. I will recommend Sierra Jeep to all and will continue to go back. 5 stars to all that had a hand in repairing my Jeep which I love,

Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for the first time since their relocation. Isaac was my service advisor and he was efficient, respectful and made things go smoothly. Wonderful experience!
