Baker Buick had a quick and positive response to my interest in a red 2025 Envista. Salesperson Damon Frank also sent me a video with good info which was a nice, personal touch.

I always schedule everything through Emily Daniel . She makes my truck service so easy. My wife also brings her Buick to Emily for service as she has earned our trust

DO NOT GO TO BAKER HUDSONVILLE!

DO NOT GO TO BAKER HUDSONVILLE!! Their service department has no idea what they are doing. Especially Emily, just rush the customer through then when they are negligent on how to change a fuel filter and it wrecks your engine the won't even talk to you and try to help. They told me it's my problem. Baker definitely shows they just want your money. No service after the sale. And no care about the customer. BEWARE DONT GO HERE! Especially if you want to have a driveable vehicle.

This place is horrible.

This place is horrible. My daughter needed a new used car to be able to get to her job. She is 23 and gave up traditional young adult life to care for me as I was losing ability to walk without aid. She used all of her money to buy a car that was supposed to be a good one. It is not. There are many problems with it and betten baker will not remedy this situation. It's not safe and it's deceitful that they sold it to her. I have fixed income and I cannot help her. They are to greedy to do the right thing. It's a horrible dealership

We feel misled and disappointed with both the condition

We feel misled and disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the lack of professionalism in addressing issues with this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest and reliable service. We purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town & Country from this dealership in August after being in a car accident, expecting to get a reliable vehicle for our family. Unfortunately, within days of the purchase, we found that the rear sliding door didn’t lock and the backup camera was malfunctioning. Despite reaching out and being told we might receive assistance with repair costs, we had to pay over $1,000 out of pocket with no support from the dealership. To make matters worse, just a month after purchasing the van, the transmission completely failed, requiring a full replacement that cost us nearly $7,000. Throughout this ordeal, communication with the dealership has been poor. Calls, texts, and emails were left unanswered, and we were promised follow-up from their team, which never came.
