Worst Used Car Dealership Ever.

Worst Used Car Dealership Ever. My wife and I went in about the 2014 Ford Expedition Limited. Was dealing with David Willard and William. My wife wanted to get financed for the Expedition but was forced into getting a 2009 Toyota Corolla that is to small for what we needed. Then because they said she needed a cosigner due to her maternity leave early this year. We got my brother to cosign we thought. Instead, they only sold the car to my brother and not my wife with him as the cosigner. Let alone never handed us the paperwork until I asked for it before leaving. Let alone the amount of lies coming from Will about how it was going to work is uncalled for. Saying after 6 months we could take my brother's name off the loan. Let alone would be able to go back in and trade the car in for something bigger. Not going to happened since my brother's name is the only name on the paperwork and the finance company. We won't be going back there for another vehicle ever.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. BUYER BEWARE. For those seeking an explanation, here is what happened: I visited the dealership intending to trade in my vehicle, which I still owed money on, to see if they would cover the remaining loan balance. My car had a small dent on the hood, roughly the size of a golf ball. While I was test-driving a vehicle, the staff inspected mine. When I returned, they asked if I would file an insurance claim for the dent, claiming it would cost them $1,200 to repair. They specifically instructed me to say it occurred in a parking lot so it wouldn’t cost me anything. This was dishonest and unethical. I refused to make a false insurance claim and told them I would take my business elsewhere. Only then did their tone change, and they suddenly agreed to pay off my vehicle in full. Second, I was made to wait for hours. By the time we began the paperwork, I was mentally drained and just wanted to leave. They rushed me through the process and buried additional warranties in the fine print without clearly explaining them. One such warranty added $5,000 to the total cost. They repeatedly claimed I was getting a "deal," but said the only way to offer it was by increasing my monthly payment. Third, after the sale, they completely ignored my attempts to follow up. I called over 30 times across three days. When someone finally answered, I was told I'd receive a call back but that never happened. I followed up again, got the same promise, and still heard nothing. I have screenshots from a salesperson assuring me someone would be in touch “ASAP.” That never happened either. Fourth, make sure the dealership requests a 10-day payoff amount for your trade-in while you’re present. Do not let them delay. It took them over three days to contact my bank. When I reached out to the bank myself, they were confused and told me no request had been made. Meanwhile, interest continued to accrue, which meant the actual payoff amount increased, potentially leaving me responsible for the difference. To anyone considering doing business with this dealership: Record everything. Document everything. Thankfully, I kept all my paperwork and screenshots. I don’t know if they saw from my license plate that I’m a veteran and assumed I’d be an easy target but I will not be taken advantage of. This business has a pattern of misrepresentation, which can constitute a breach of contract. Don’t let them deceive you, you have consumer rights. I will be posting this experience on every platform available: Google Reviews, Yelp, BBB, Facebook, and relevant veteran community pages. I also intend to contact others who have had similar experiences to determine if they’ve filed complaints with LARA (Licensing and Regulatory Affairs). I will be filing a formal complaint with LARA and strongly encourage others who have had negative or unethical dealings to do the same. The dealership already has four complaints on record. I’ll also be posting screenshots and documentation elsewhere (unfortunately, Carfax doesn’t allow photo uploads). To be clear: After nearly a week, someone finally reached out, and we scheduled a time to address the issues they caused. However, this is not praise, it is the bare minimum. It does not erase the experience I had, nor does it change my recommendation.

Bought a used Lexus June 4th.

Bought a used Lexus June 4th. Mohamed Ahmad, also known as Mike Jones pushed and pushed a “wrap service warranty “ on me. I declined 6 times. At 7:45pm when I ask to see the contract it has a 4,500 .00 warranty attached. Mike said “ if you really don’t want it you can cancel it tomorrow at no charge. I contacted “First Automotive” the alleged policy holder. They instructed me to contact the dealer who instructed me to contact First Automotive and so on. This is a self insurance scam. Brighton Motors never bought an insurance policy on my behalf…they keep the money and if your car has an issue they fix it in there shop. If they close or go bankrupt your “policy” is worthless. Good luck trying to cancel ! If you do succeed you don’t get your money back it pays off that amount on your loan. Don’t do business with these people & don’t buy a warranty ifrom any dealership.

The absolute worst experience buying a truck, To start

The absolute worst experience buying a truck, To start they delivered it to me 4 hours away, salesman was supposed to deliver but didn’t, as the unknown driver pulls up the truck is absolutely filthy, looked like hadn’t been washed since new in 2019c the delivery guy was in a huge hurry got license plate on my trade in and split. I jump in the truck to go take it around the block and the air conditioner does not work correctly it only blows hot air and it is middle of June in Indiana. It is a $30000 truck. They do not do as they say and do not tell the truth about anything. Salesman said it was in detail bay for hours and the ac blows ice cold. Liar… truck was not even serviced!!! needed tires, alignment, detailed, ac fixed, windshield wipers fixed, backup camera fixed, button to open tailgate fixed, the list continues to grow. Took them 31 days to pay off my trade, my Temporary license plate expired 3.5 weeks ago and still waiting for paperwork to get my license plates and I purchased it June 16 today is August 5. I would not send my worst enemy there

We bought A 2021 Ford Explorer from this dealer about one

We bought A 2021 Ford Explorer from this dealer about one month ago. It was good and alright for like 3 days. Then the check engine light came on. Well for A car that we paid 20k for. That's A problem!!!! So I got my code reader and read the codes. Evap stuff oh well. But not right. I was like that's sus. I looked at the clear distance. Aka distance since someone reset the computer. If you did the math the computer was cleared one or so miles before they photographed the car. Alright. Sus!!! Ok so we call them. They say they did work to warrant clearing the computer. But could not provide A work order or receipt. They claimed they put thousands into it. So today I go in to work everything out. Tell them everything that was said above. The salesperson said the owner before them cleared the codes! Well that changes the claim. So in conclusion these people are liars. And you should never buy A car from this dealer or there partner dealers. Stay far away. And even if this does get righted. This review stands. By then it will have taken over A month and A bad review to fix this. So this review stands no matter what. Thank you for reading about our experience.
