The most dishonest, fraudulent dealership I have ever delt with. Don't go here, they will rip you off in so many ways.

I sent these people a single question on a truck and they have proceeded to call, text, and email nonstop for the last week. I've told them to stop calling, but they still reach out. You can't unsubscribe from their emails because the unsubscribe link doesn't work. Do yourself a favor and never ask them a question!

Went to Chelsea Motors with the intent of purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee with them. The individual that I was working with was ok. didn't really listen to what it was that I was saying. I was wanting to work out a deal on the vehicle since I was already approved for a loan, they ran me for financing through them, there was dispute in regards to my credit score. When I didn't want to finance with them the price was raised from 13,897 to a final price of over 17,000 with added accessories and an additional 2500 that I have no idea where it came from. I was told that the listing price of 13897 was for people that financed with them, the price was higher if it was a cash purchase. I was very upset, and I left without a vehicle. I do not recommend anyone that is looking to pay cash or already have a loan to go here to buy a vehicle. You will pay more than the advertised price.
