Very Good Experience

The staff was friendly and helpful. There were a lot of vehicles in stock so I got to test drive the car that had the features that I was interest in and I got to drive the car home that night.

Normal.

Everyone I worked with was a nice normal person. No one was an edgy pushy sales rep that I expected to work with. It was a nice change of pace from the previous dealers I had dealt with.

Very friendly and knowledgable!

Tom Gregory and Don Shellnut at at Ralph Thayer Hyundai were fantastic! They were very friendly and were able to answer any and all questions/concerns that I had for them. This was my first brand new car and I am so happy with it and the service that I got while I was undergoing the process.

Ralph Thayer

The Dealer has nice people working in it. It was very busy on the Saturday I was in. Don was helping 2 other customers during my visit. But I felt he was with me a lot, and the Manager was with me most during the financing. At no time did I feel like I did not matter.

Satisfied Customer

My overall experience was wonderful. I didn't feel pressured or rushed. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend my salesmen again. My family and I have been Overall satisfied with Hyundai vehicles over 11 years purchasing 3 new vehicles in that time. All of my purchases have been the best choice for my family needs.
