Beach Ford

Bought a 2020 Ford Ranger. They failed to fix an axel seal leak and pinion link before selling. Service sept. Made it sound like they were doing me a favor to fix. Not too mention overcharging me. When I found a mechanic closer to my home, Beach Ford shopped the wrong part. Spending g time and money on an issue they should have fixed before selling. Salesman Charm is a snake oil salesman. Don’t use Beach Ford.

Is it a custom of your salesmen to sell a car OVER the msrp? Y’all need to remove msrp sticker from glove compartment. Totally ruined my day!

My car broke down right after I moved to North Myrtle Beach. It was towed to them and since they knew it was undrivable they moved it to the front of the pack. Great communication during the process and, a follow up call. Will definitely use them again!
