Such a pleasure!

I was in search of a used car in my budget and found a great deal on cars.com for a Mazda3 being sold by Beach Automotive. It was after 8pm when I sent my inquiry so I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email response from Nick the internet sales manager. He asked a few questions and advised I'd hear back from someone on his team.The next morning I heard back from Brent Tankersley. We exchanged numerous emails and he was always prompt with replies, patient and informative. I'm in Charleston, about 2 hours from Beach Automotive, and driving up Saturday was best for my schedule. Brent told me to ask for Jim Cole when I got there, and he'd take care of me. And Jim did! He was kind, gracious and attentive. I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty sure I got such a great deal, that I wonder if anyone made any sort of commission on this sale. From the way I was treated, start to finish, you'd never guess it. Besides the stellar treatment, there was also complimentary water, coffee, donuts, and AMAZING popcorn made available to my daughter and I. Jim made sure all of my questions were answered, he showed me every aspect of the car I wanted to buy, we took it for a test drive, I drove off the lot with a full tank of gas and a vehicle ready for a road trip. The finance manager was a bit frosty (even my daughter noticed) but I'd imagine he was swamped and there were only 2 finance managers total, when there are typically three. He wasn't rude by any means but perhaps compared to Jim Cole and his boss and Brent and how gracious they were, it was simply a contrast that I'd like to mention. This morning I received a follow up email from Jim, thanking me for being a customer and letting me know he's there if I need anything. Just outstanding customer service, a well run dealership, a great deal on an awesome car. Happy, happy, happy! Two thumbs up!!

Fantastic Black Friday Sale 2014!!

Andrew B. was my sale rep., he did an absolutely wonderful job finding me the F150 I wanted. Between him and the finance guy I received a sweet deal! Thank you Beach Ford!

Amber is the very best

Went into the dealership to discuss leasing of 2014 F-150. Amber met us at our car, answered all out questions and took us for a test drive of the advertised F-150's available for lease. Ended up buying instead of leasing and love the truck.

FAST AND GREAT SERVICE.

THERE IS A NICE WAITING AREA WITH DESK SPACE AND THEY HAVE FREE DONUTS AND WATER. WAITING TIME WAS LESS THAN I EXPECTED FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. I WAS VERY SURPRISED. BUT YOU MOST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST.

Car buying made very easy!

I bought a new truck from CJ Vittitoe and he made the process extremely easy, pleasant and fast. I told CJ what I wanted and he called me as soon as he found what I was looking for. I came in, made my offer and the deal was done. The purchase process was extremely uncomplicated and fair. I was extremely satisfied with my truck purchase.

Service Department: - Very Good Service

Car taken in for service at appointed time. Regular service completed in good time and Service Manager advised regarding future service.

Ask for Amber

Amber greeted me as I left my vehicle. She was no-pressure, answered all my questions, and resolved issues with the vehicle. She was knowledgeable and helped us understand how to work unfamiliar features in the Jeep we got. She followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was okay. Everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The process was quick and painless -- fun even --and I left feeling good about the vehicle. I don't bash poor dealerships with bad reviews, but I only take the time to write a positive one if I was truly impressed. Highly Recommend Beach Automotive!

I just had my 2013 ford Taurus in the ford service repair.The person who handled my case was Mr.Vernon Ford.He assured and gave me updates on the progress of repairing my vehicle.Mr.Ford is a credit to the ford organization and to the dealership.thank you Mr.Vernon Ford.

Great place to buy a quality vehicle.

Was greeted with a big smile, hand shake and a welcome in. My salesman let me talk and share my needs. He asked great questions that helped me explain exactly what I was looking for. The financial officer was amazing. The whole process took about 2 and a half hours! I love my new vehicle.
