Highly recommend, great selection of cars, very reasonable prices and excellent customer service. We’ve been in the market for a new suv and Legacy Auto Group helped made the whole process easy. We’ve got a great Hyundai Tuscon eventually and can’t be more thankful. Will refer friends and family.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Visited the dealership on 8/10 to test drive a vehicle after extensive vehicle research. The vehicle was is fair condition needing only minor repairs and I intended to purchase it that day. After the test drive, I asked the salesman the price of the vehicle to which he pulled his phone from his pocket and quoted me $800 over the advertised price. I had viewed this vehicle across multiple platforms including cars.com, autotrader.com, as well as the lots on website all of which advertise the vehicle for $800 less than what the salesman quoted me. When I asked why the price was higher the salesman simply blew it off. I checked all three platforms again the following day and the price is still $800 less than the salesman quoted me as advertised. Do not go to this dealership.

bait and switch. Drove 1 hr and 20 minutes. Had me inside the car I was interested in. Then I'm told "the manager just called me and told me this car is sold" . lol. Obvious bc they were already selling me on another car during text exchanges and when I got there.

Be careful. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses ever. They use predatory and deceptive sales tactics. Yo-Yo Financing. Be careful.

Immoral and unethical. Be prepared for them to lure you in with low prices then raise them the minute you make an appointment or show interest--very bait and switch. I can't believe I almost got in my car to drive a significant distance... I was not informed of the price increase when they called and text to confirm my appointment, but luckily I pulled up the listing one final time only to see a dramatic increase. Kind of unbelievable... Definitely an untrustworthy company... zero integrity...

The sales rep was courteous and professional - not pushy, made us feel comfortable. Seemed truly concerned about our wishes.

They replied to me right away, it wasn’t convinced for me to drive to their location 130 miles away from my house.
