BUYER BEWARE: This dealer had a Porsche Cayman listed for sale as a Cayman R. It was in fact a base Cayman (bottom spec), worth considerably less than a Cayman R (very top spec). I notified them of this error, and they did not correct the listing. It is fraud to knowingly list a car as a much higher spec model than it actually is. Less serious, but also an indication of what to expect from this dealer, the car was listed as having a manual transmission when in fact it has an automatic. There were notified of this error and also failed to correct it.

Bought my 2022 Pilot here back in May. Workmanship of the repairs were of good quality. Honest business, easy to work with and will make a fair deal! I always wait a bit to do reviews to see if anything crops up that needs tending to by the business. There was one instance I needed an extra lugnut, let them know, it was ordered and received promptly. Other than that, have had zero issues with my vehicle other than typical maintenance items. Would consider buying here again, should they have the vehicle I’m in the market for!

08/07/24 I have never written a review before but feel compelled to so now. My CARMATCH experience began over the phone when Ramsey called in response to my vehicle interest announcement made on line. I admit that I am a cynical and jaded person when it comes to having to deal with car sales people, but I was at ease with Ramsey's reassuring and sincere manner as we made arrangements to meet the following day. I no longer felt like I was about to endure a root canal. My wife and I were met upon arrival at the small, clean and we'll organized dealership. The vehicle I was interested in was advertised on line with a salvage title disclaimer. I made a close inspection and was unable to notice any repairs made. When I asked to confirm the damage mentioned Ramsey explained that they do their own body work. He added, "We're small but we're good." My wife and I were encouraged to take the truck by ourselves for as long as we needed so we could discuss privately. We returned to the dealership for the root canal (negotiations), and were met with Ramsey's open, forthright and sincere dealings. I never felt suspicious or concerned. We made the purchase and left knowing we got a great deal. We also now have a real friend in Omaha.

I went to Carmatch LLC on July 9th 2024 located at 2624 N 90th xx in Omaha, Ne 68134 to look at a car for my son. We really liked a car that did have a salvaged title at the price of $12,995.00. He agreed to let me take the car home so I can have our mechanic take a look at it. I put down $500.00 to hold the car. The only paperwork that I had signed was that I would be responsible for any accidents or damages. I insured the car under our car insurance just to be safe. I took the car to be checked out by our mechanic which I do have a copy of the work that needed to be done. One part could've been about $3,500.00 to fix and that was just one part. There was a list of things that needed to be done. My husband and I decided it was not worth buying the car. I went to take the car back and the guy (I believe his name was Ray) immediately got upset with me and demanding to read what the mechanic said. Ray said that he's been trying to convince me to buy the car and that the mechanic was lying about everything and then said "well the car drives don't it?!!" I calmy said that I would like my $500.00 back that i paid through Paypal and I do have the receipt. He said that they don't refunds and he'll give me $250.00. There was never ever any communication about it not being refunded NOR any paperwork that i was shown and signed. We called the police and they were on my side but said I would have to take him to small claims court. This is illegal and such horrible business. End the end all I want is my money back.

Be very careful! Do not disclose that the vehicles have Rebuilt salvage titles in the listing. What else are they hiding?

The experience I had with CarMatch was OUTSTANDING. Ramsey, the owner, is a very good man. He is honest, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. A month ago, I purchased a car from Ramsey. A few days later I decided to buy a second vehicle because he made such an incredible impact on me. Today, I had a problem. The extra key fob I purchased did not work. Baxter said it would cost over $1,800 to fix it. I called Ramsey. He told me to bring the car and key fob to his shop/car lot. Within 10 minutes, Ramsey had it fixed! No charge! I will only do business with Ramsey/CarMatch. I wish there were more people like him.
