General shout out to service and sales. Excellent service from the moment I dropped off the car with a nice greeting at my car by Chris. Went into service and had a great service consultant Allan. He offered me a loaner vehicle. I declined because I was going to spend my time looking at a new car. I met up with my salesman Clyde Brown who helped me pick out a 2021 RDX which I picked up the following Monday. The dealership has so many kind and helpful employees. I feel comfortable when I go there. I see a high level of staff retention. I also want to recognize more helpful and accommodating employees: Charles Rezil, Chamoun in sales and Vicky the cashier
