Customer service is always outstanding, as was the original purchasing experience. I can still remember the name of my salesperson 13 years later. However, I have had some had things go wrong with my MDX that I have not experienced with other cars I have owned.

Chip McKinney was a pleasure to work with. He new we were short on time so he had everything ready for us when we picked up the new TLX. We got a great deal as well.

I brought in my TL for service and met with Brad Duke. He was very friendly and helpful. He explained what needed to be done. He called me to tell me about additional services he recommended, which I had him go ahead with. He told me when my car was ready. When I came in to pick up my car, he went through all of the charges. He even caught an error and fixed it to save me a few dollars. I was very satisfied.
