I am very pleased with the professionalism and high standard service I always get at this dealership whenever I take my x5 BMW for service. I have to also mention that Teresa Mullin my service advisor has been attentive to my requests and addressing all the issues I bring up to her. She is excellent.

Dan Macdonald is the best
Dan Macdonald is the best I have been working with him for close to 20 years. He always goes the extra mile. In addition I couldn't be happier that BMW is now part of Prime they r the best and there is no better. I have been a Prime customer for 20 years too.

Another outstanding experience
I have had a consistently excellent experience with the BMW Norwood service department. The staff is polite and professional. I never feel that they are trying to get me to spend more than necessary. Very important when dealing with car maintenance and repair.

Quick and easy service
Had my winter tires swapped out and stored for the summer- all in just over 90 minutes of waiting in a very nice and quiet setting to work while waiting.

Long service visit
I called and scheduled what I was told would be a one hour oil change that should last no more than one hour and cost around $150.00. I left two and a half hours later with a bill that was over $550.00 Outrageous!!!
