I had as always a wonderful experience at Norwood service

I had as always a wonderful experience at Norwood service department. Went in without an appointment due to an engine light issue. Carlos and the team helped me figure out the issue and I walked away assured my car was in good shape.

Poor communication between managers and sales dept. basically they congratulate you on car that they end up sales someone else. And didn’t even inform you.
