No issues, was ready when they told us and had loner car

No issues, was ready when they told us and had loner car as well. Probably best experience in that dealership since using them altogether. Very annoying that us must use 25 words to sent survey.

Caren Stone worked so hard to try to get my business done

Caren Stone worked so hard to try to get my business done in one trip as I live an hour away.A true pro!! The Service Manager, Matt, came by to say hi and answer some questions. And Chris from techical support was kind , professional and very helpful. All in all, it was worth the ride and I would go back to buy a Bmw from that dealer again!

Very efficient and attentive to my needs…customer service excellent in service department… conversely sales which is abysmal… when I am ready to purchase my next BMW it will not be at the Rockland BMW
