Do not use the service department. Absolutely no customer service or customer support. They don’t return calls or text messages. No effort to reach a solution. They have had my car for 10 days already with no completion date in sight.

6/22/23 This dealer is out fishing, stay away. Had to go out of my own way to pursue both salesmen Rudy and Omar via phone and text several times over a few days because our questions and inquiries on a used car would go almost completely unanswered. Third salesman James was actually a pleasure to speak with and immediately produced what we had requested from the others days ago. Good on you for that effort. Listed price for the used car with generous options is $52,975 but the “deal” that was just quoted to me is $58,888 plus they tacked $4,990 onto that for a 3-year plan (that nobody in their right mind would ask for) with third party “Zurich Shield” to cover key replacement, roadside assistance, exterior paint sealant protection and a similar treatment for the interior. Those plans are a sham for any right minded driver. Add another $7400 in out-of -state taxes, title and doc fees and the vehicle came out to over $71,000 which is more than the MSRP for a brand new 2024 model. It’s funny really. Desperate tactics to make a buck 🤡 There’s plenty of dealers nationwide who are capable of providing an honest and transparent sale. I don’t wish anyone to do business with this dealer under these circumstances. Do better.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like the plague. OVERPRICED, false advertising and did I mention OVERPRICED? Made a big mistake of not reading the reviews before buying a car.

False advertisement for used cars. They will not sell the car for the price listed. We try to add thousands of dollars for miscellaneous add-ons. In my opinion this is completely fraudulent.

I caution those shopping online to make sure what is advertised is not a bait-and-switch tactic used to get you in the door. On no less than three occasions I had multiple sales people (manager included) try and switch the advertised price to one that was not agreed upon. Be sure what you think you’re getting in the way of a sales price is the actual price being sold you for.

Bad dealer, I am glad I ran away after seeing a few red flags. No answer emails, doesn't honor what's written on posting and on website. AVOID.

THS PLACE DOES NOT HONOR LISTED ADVERTISED PRICE UNLESS YOU FINANCE THROUGHT THEM. IF YOU ARE ALREADY PRE-APPROVED, THEY CHARGE YOU THE FULL PRICE FOR THE VEHICLE. HORRIBLE THEIVES
