AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!! My wife and I found the specific vehicle we wanted on the dealership's website and called to inquire about it. Bo Demir, sales manager, asked if we would like to set up an appointment to view the vehicle. We said yes and asked for the appointment to be at 5pm on Friday since we are 2.5 hours away. Friday morning came and Bo had passed us off to a sales associate, "Moose". At that time, Moose called to confirm our appointment to view the vehicle. My wife and I left work early to drive to Indy and arrived around 5pm as planned. After being greeted by Moose, he checked his inventory and informed us the vehicle we specifically wanted to view was already sold. The dealership had 2 of the same model in different colors but we were told they were both being demoed by managers and therefore unavailable for purchase. All of the sales managers, except Bo, were frantically trying to find a vehicle that would meet our needs. They had two 2026 models but we did not like the re-designed Palisade. Bo never once verified he had the vehicle we inquired about and wasted our time. He was quick to blame his salesman refusing to take accountability for his actions/inaction highlighting his lack of leadership. Never once did Bo apologize for the mistake and his body language indicated he was unbothered by the situation he caused. Another salesman by the name of Chris did step in and tried his best to rectify the situation offering us a tank of fuel to offset the wasted 2.5 hour trip. He also attempted to find us vehicle we wanted but was unsuccessful. Thank you Chris for caring and making an honest effort! Then, a couple days later we received an email from Bo asking how our experience had been. I cannot believe he had the audacity to send that email after the situation that just transpired. The following day we received a text message from Bo stating he had found us a vehicle if we were still interested. Still no apology. Chris followed up and informed us he was unaware a vehicle had been located. Turns out they were not able to locate a vehicle so what was Bo talking about? Treating customers the way he treated us is poor business and reflects negatively on this dealership and the Hyundai brand as a whole.

I shopped them all over, they have the best Hyundai
I shopped them all over, they have the best Hyundai pricing in the state and nearing states and great customer service and I have been using their service department as well... there's nothing I can say bad about this place.... top notch ;)
