When bringing my 2021 Kona in for an oil change and
When bringing my 2021 Kona in for an oil change and inspection, it was quite a surprise to learn it needed to remain in the Service Department for a major repair. James not only full explained the reason, but also assured me that the repair was fully covered by my warranty. When I picked up my vehicle, James was equally courteous and helpful. Excellent service!!

Both my wife and I have Hyundais and have had them
Both my wife and I have Hyundais and have had them serviced here many times. Today was my last time to put up with their crap. When you book a time and date for a service online, it automatically defaults to you dropping off the car, and you can’t change it. Which means that service will take at least an hour longer than if you were waiting on it, even though you are waiting for it. Pricing is whatever they feel like that day. Coupons? Ha! It’s included in the “special” pricing. And when it’s all done, there is a 3% surcharge for paying with a credit card. The good news is we have a new service option near the house and no longer will be making the drive to the dealership.

Hi Kevin, we spoke to Nicole, who said she reached out to you regarding this. We do not have separate pricing for those who wait and those who leave vehicles with us. All recommended service is based on our findings in inspection and are not performed until confirmed by the customer. Our coupons are available to all of our customers so that everyone receives fair and equitable pricing. We put them on the website so that everyone can take advantage of those specials when they occur. The 3% surcharge is a common practice among many businesses, and we are transparent with that fee at our store and to our customers. If you would like to avoid that fee in the future, you can use a debit card, cash, or other allowable forms of payment. We hope this clears up some of the confusion.

The salesman gave us an out-the-door price by email and honored that price when we came to the dealership. The finance manager gave us additional warranty and service options but was not pushy. I was well pleased at the treatment I received.

I was sent a text message with $1500 of recommended
I was sent a text message with $1500 of recommended service for my vehicle with 36,000 miles that runs fine with no explanation at all (came for an oil change). When I went to pick it up, I got no discussion or explanation about any of the recommended service items. I also brought it in to have my speaker system checked and was told they ordered new speakers, but no explanation about what their diagnostic eval found. Communication was very poor.
