Fair Shake

Saleswoman was cordial and polite and very proactive... Had a deep knowledge of the vehicles. Sales manager was fair and able to offer me a vehicle I liked at an acceptable price.

Great customer service.

Great customer service. Brought my truck in on a tow truck with no warning. The books were filled for two weeks and I still got my truck back in two days. Plus with easy care the costs were covered minus my deductible.

Needs work on customer service

Did nice work just wouldn't take a check made me feel like I was going to stiff them. Other than that not to bad

First Ford Truck

Besides businesslike efficiency the atmosphere at TriStar Ford Somerset is very pleasant. The salesman got the truck I wanted with the equipment I wanted and I was on my way in no time.
