Every thing was great , Thomas was a super patient

I was hesitant about buying another Ford as I had

I was hesitant about buying another Ford as I had problems with the service department in the past. I stopped to look at a ford Exscape and felt like the car was a good match for me but the service dept problems held me back. My sales person Eddie Franz was AMAZING. He listened to me and went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. Because of his dedication and commitment I finally decided to try to work on dealing eith my apprehensions and buy the car. Thank you so much, Eddie Franz. You are amazing.

I had a great experience at this dealership.

I had a great experience at this dealership. I just went into just "look" at the Mustang Mach-E and ended up leasing one. Greg was great and talked me through everything and had great patience with me as this is my first electric car. I highly recommend this dealership and Greg!

The old saying goes "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me

The old saying goes "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me trice, shame on me." Well after problems I had buying a Mustang about five years ago, I vowed never to go to Palm Springs Motors Ford again. But I was declined for e smog test -- after I thought the Mustang would pass. So I thought I'd better go to P.S.Motors, the local dealer. They found a leak in the gas tank so I looked for another used car to buy. They had two Camrys, a 2024 and a 2022. I got info on the 2024. It had two years of new car warrantee left. When I went to sign the paper, they said there was no new car warrantee left. So, I got them to issue a one year warrantee from Ford. Only later did I realize in the confusion I had.signed for the 2022. Now I know that's why I was first told there was still two years left on the new car warrantee -- because it was a 2024. When I went to sign, they said there were no years left on the new card warrantee -- because I realize now it was a 2022. The other Camry is not on their used car list any more. I wonder if it was sold at a different Ford dealer. I'm 91 years old and was going through other issues the day I signed. But, I have been fooled twice, so shame on me!!! Ted Bacino, Palm Springs.
