Everything was great except there were grease smudges on

Everything was great except there were grease smudges on the exterior of the drivers door. had the car washed there too but the smudges stayed. came off easy at home, mechanics/techs should where gloves when working on cars and make sure there are no smudges when done. I wouldn't care that much but, this the 2nd time it has happened. Last time, there were smudges on the exterior and interior.

Was actively trying to purchase a vehicle and had reached

Was actively trying to purchase a vehicle and had reached out a couple times over a couple of hours with no response and then the vehicle was sold to someone else in the meantime. Very frustrating as the agent knew I was very interested and trying to move things along.

WORST DEALERSHIP OUT THERE!

WORST DEALERSHIP OUT THERE! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!! they lied to me about a vehicle I purchased from them site unseen promising the vehicle was in QUOTE ( In Pristine condition ) when it arrived it had stone chips and scratches all over it looked like they tried to hide some of them with touch up paint, when confronted first they tried to blame it on the delivery driver then said it is what it is and the used car director swore at me twice on the phone and said they would not do a thing for me and threw hidden costs into the transaction VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IGNORANT!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! Courtney Cohen Won’t even take my calls or call me back! I have been trying to get a hold of him for over a week. THIS DEALERSHIP IS DEALING WITH MY ATTORNEYS AT THE MOMENT AND STILL LYING - STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE!!!!!!!

Our team made every effort to be transparent throughout the process, including sending multiple detailed videos of the vehicle prior to your purchase. While this was a sight-unseen, out-of-state sale involving a third-party transport company of your choosing, we remained committed to helping however we could. We also took the extra step of offering a goodwill payment to help support you, despite the fact that this was a pre-owned vehicle sold at a pre-owned price. We're confident we’ve acted in good faith and have done all we can to resolve the situation fairly. We wish you luck moving forward.

WRONG! The Transport driver said that there was damage prior to pickup and we have a full a written and signed statement from the company and pictures from your location prior to pickup as well showing the damage. You keep lying and our attorneys are well aware! We are not going to let this go! Rest assure

Juwal, Travis and financing or seamless and didn’t harass us to add add-ons because I told what my budget was upfront and when I needed the car to do and they found that car and they made it fit my budget and I’m talking about cash budget out the door cause I don’t do car payments They are lovely lovely people they’ve called to check on the car and me and my daughter because we need the car for the safety features because of our medical issues this dealership treats you as though you are family which is greatly appreciated in a really cruel world.

No matter how many times you go back and forth the final

No matter how many times you go back and forth the final digital contract will be higher. They play the financial game very well and it cost us several thousand dollars. We thought the last offer was going to be the contract price for the vehicle price and the trade in value. They actually had us sign the last offer sheet which is where we dropped the ball. the digital signature icon on the e-pad may have been enlarged because we do not recall seeing the cost data on the right side. After signing they gave us a packet and we left in our new SUV. The next day we noticed a copy of the contract was not in the packet. It only became evident that we dropped the ball after they emailed us a copy. Ask for a hard copy BEFORE using the e-signature pad. BEWARE
