Worst experience with a dealership in a very long time.

Worst experience with a dealership in a very long time. Dealership posts poor quality inaccurate pictures of vehicles online. Arrived at dealership after a 2 hour drive, to specifically look at one vehicle. Was told a sales person would be in touch prior to arriving at the dealership, but never heard from anyone. No one greeted or even was asserting the dealership to assist. Voted the vehicle intended and discovered a different vehicle that was pictured. Car was held together with screws. Literally screws into the body, not automobile screws either. Just standard hardware store Phillips head screws. Noticed several vehicles on the lot that were dented up and in terrible condition but yet they still wanted a hefty price. Will not be returning to this place again.

Best service ever

Jeff Stinson was my sales person. He did a great job. Very friendly. Easy to talk to. And very knowledgeable about vehicle. Very helpful after my purchase . And even called me to check on vehicle. Great service

Bill in Georgetown

I came in to see a used Cadillac but decided to purchase a new XT4. Matt Sunderlin was my Sales Person, but everyone I met at the Dealership was very friendly and helpful. I have been back to have a Trailer Hitch and Roof Rack installed and was very happy with the service that I received. This is the kind of experience that I have enjoyed with my old Lexus. I feel like I have received truly "Exceptional" service! Thank you.

Coastal Cadillac - Cadillac SRX

This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had. There was no haggling, no confusing sale pitches, no attempt to sell me any programs or items I do not need. Mark Cherchio was wonderful to work with. He took the time to listen to what I wanted in my new car and he had me test drive 3 different vehicles to allow me to make the best possible decision in my purchase he was patient and extremely well informed on all the vehicle he showed me..He then placed me in what I believe is the perfect vehicle for my needs. James gave us a fair number for our trade-in and Brooke made the financial aspect of the purchase a pleasure. Mr. English the dealership owner came out to greet us without any sales pitch or pressure. I believe I got the best deal possible on my new Cadillac SRX. The vehicle runs really well and has all the bells and whistles I was looking for.
