I have purchased a vehicle that was previously worked on for recall at your service department. The recall was for headlights. The headlights have now stopped working again. The drive lights never worked. I’ve returned to your service department to be advised that I would need to pay $300 to have the bumper removed as well as I was billed $70 today for them to do nothing and my vehicle just sit in your service department. Your service department manager was no help was not willing to keep me as a customer or even try at that point as of today I will no longer be doing business with Coles. I have also contacted GM.
Poor service

March 2022 Trade
Service was average as far a making a trade at Cole Chevy. They could have offered more money for my trade knowing what they are selling my truck for now for certain. I will for future trades or buys shop around before making a deal.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. It's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. Here at Cole Chevrolet Buick GMC, we are always looking for ways to improve; we appreciate your input. Not What I Expected
As long as it is easy for the people to say the right thing, they will. When they mess up, you will be left holding the bag. I told them I needed NC weighted plates that would cost more than a car plate, I was told the ~$76 plate fee would supply whatever plate I need and it would be included. I explained that weighted plates cost a lot more than car tags and was reassured that the weighted tags were included before I signed. Of course, I get a call from the dealership wanting me to pay the difference. After talking to the General Manager, I was told there was nothing he could do and he would talk to his people about making promises like this. It's a bad manager that openly stiffs a customer AND blames his employees. I could have gone to a used car lot and been treated like this!

I want to thank Phil in service and Morris Wimmer for there excellent service. Very professional in dealing with the problem I had. I would recommend anyone to do business with Cole Chevrolet. Very happy with the 2018 Silverado. Thanks for getting the best deal for me.

Would not recommend buying from Cole!
Bought a low mileage, used, certified vehicle and when it was time to trade it in I found out it had been in an accident decreasing it's value tremendously which they did not disclose to me. Cole showed me a carfax that was printed over 2 months before I bought it, before the accident had showed up. After my discovery I spoke with 2 different managers who weren't willing to help me in any way unless I was buying another vehicle. I'd recommend any one to shop else where or you may too end up with a vehicle thats been in an accident with diminished value.
