Sales lady Haley was awesome... she went above and beyond and remains the only reason I'd return to Dan Cummins. Drove three hours one way to look at truck for $50k with a $12k trade in. Truck was leaking oil, drove horrible. They brought out a purchase agreement for $55k on the truck (yes, it was as advertised, but not agreed upon BEFORE I drove three hours to get there). On top of that, they offered me significantly less than $12k for my trade. I passed on that truck and Haley helped me find another that I really did like. By this time, it was really late in the day. They turned out the floor lights as I was waiting for the finance guy to do his thing. Keep in mind, I had already told them I had an outside loan secured at 4.55%... no big deal, they acted like it'd be matched. The finally did me the favor of honoring the agreed upon trade amount, $12K. By the time I sat down to sign papers, I found that they had worked up the loan at 6.55%!!! Apparently, they thought it reasonable for me to pay $3600 extra for NO REASON. But by that time, there was about three people left in the entire dealership and everyone was ready to go home, so I signed. So I get to refinance the next business day. Predatory lending practices and poor communication are the reasons for this review. Their service may be with a smile, but a 6 hour round trip is a long way to drive to get the rug pulled out from under you.

The young salesman who met me before I even entered the business needs lots of training in sales. He was expressing the desire to have me sign papers before he even knew my name. Then Sean came to the rescue. So, grateful for Sean! He recommended another car for me since the dealership didn’t have what I wanted. And I’m thrilled with my “new” car. Had it not been for Sean, the sales manager, interceding…I would have walked away with nothing. Place was clean, music from dealership main speakers was more easy going which is so important when you’re in an establishment such as this for a few hours. Second shift Front Desk girl was inappropriately dressed with short blouse showing skin and tight jeans with holes. Salesmen flirting with her at Front Desk as her back was to her desk thus not able to be attentive to incoming customers. Not a good ‘Welcome to Dan Cummins’! Very inappropriate!!! Earlier Front Desk lady was 100% AWESOME!! She was attentive, professional, even kind (a big bonus!) and appropriately dressed. She has set the bar for Front Desk associate. All of these small things helps to make a positive overall experience Overall I had a more favorable view of the Dan Cummins Paris location. I would come back to the Georgetown location IF Paris location didn’t have what I needed.

Great prices. Everyone nise and friendly. Sellers people are super nise they make you feel like home
