bought a 2022 Elantra brand new . after almost 3 years and only 11,000 miles I called them to see how much they would give me on trade in . They were not as friendly as when I bought it bottom line a Toyota dealer gave me 2,000 more and a much better deal on a car

My Sonata gets all needs from this great service department. I bought my auto used from a northern state and have made sure to keep it serviced as needed. If I buy a new Hyundai it will be here.

I drove from Newport News in 5:00pm traffic to try and make it to my 5:45pm appointment I had setup so I could look at a 2009 Tacoma that they have advertised for $11,975. Got there only to be told that it was already sold two days ago! And they STILL have it advertised for sale online…

Please be aware of pricing that you see on line, this particular dealership does not honor there pricing that they advertise. They are looking to make extreme profit during this pandemic times. I advise no one to do business with this dealership. Take your business elsewhere, you will do so much better.

I had a very bad experience at this dealership. I was interested in purchasing a used 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Despite having 2 chips in the windshield and needing new tires, I liked the car and had planned to purchase it. However, the saleswoman and manager did not want to address any of my major concerns regarding buying the car despite me not living in the area. The dealership is in Williamsburg but I was only in town for the weekend to visit family and did not have the car I planned to trade-in. I had the money to buy the car on the spot but I don't think they thought I was serious. The car had been on the lot for over 4 months and the not one manager or any person at a higher level than the saleswoman would not even come talk to me. In fact, when I told her I wanted to buy the car, she still just let me walk out of the door. They also hurt themselves by not being open on Sunday. I would have come back the next day and tried to work with another sales person. I ended up driving back to Woodbridge and buying a different 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid that was fully loaded, cleaner, and had less miles, so I guess I was never supposed to buy the car from them anyway. However, overall it was a very bad experience. I've never felt that disrespected before at a car dealership. I

My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
