The service was slow and the tech was not completely

The service was slow and the tech was not completely communicating with us. We had to call the tech to get updates. The car ended up staying at this dealership for 1.5 weeks. My husband made calls himself to get the insurance to fix the problem, he even had to be the one email the insurance regarding the issue instead of the technician.

Service Dept is too slow and is too backed up.

Service Dept is too slow and is too backed up. 7 months behind on 42,000 mole service. Price seems excessive, $2100 1st oil change was a 5 month wait. Nice people, but seems to be under staffed
