Had a bad experience .

Had a bad experience . I purchased a 2016 Range Rover sport in April 2024. which I waited 30 days because they couldn’t locate the title.. Was advised not to get the extended warranty. The vehicle cost was 8000 in that year in September 2025 and this is with regular oil changes and maintenance done on my part the engine failed with the cost of 24,000. Range Rover has not responded. It was a complete loss.

Had a very good experience at the LR Dealership in White

Had a very good experience at the LR Dealership in White Plains. Gerson Rivera Duarte was especially wonderful to deal with - very accommodating, not pushy. extremely helpful. I walked away feeling like I would not use another dealership except that one going forward. Thank you,

Dreadful.

Dreadful. They suggested a $3K fix as my check engined light was on. We had already spent $1,500 at Land Rover Mt Kisco for a solution they said would fix the problem. This will work they said. I said -buy my car. They said no. When I spent the $3k and it didn't work only then did they make me an offer to buy the car. Either they don't know how to fix their own cars or they sell you "fixes" that don't work, not good in either case. At one point, they proposed a $30K new engine for a car that was worth $30K. This has turned us of Land Rovers for ever.
