You can drive away with it right now

I went into the dealership asking what the colors were for the 2017's. I was looking for the blue that is only in the Elec. Kia Soal's. I was told that there was a limetted addition that Kia came out with and they are not makeing any more. He told me that they had two delivered that morning and one was gone already. I looked at the Kia, I drove the Kia, I went to have some dinner and came back and put money down on that Kia, and drove her home that night.....WOW that was crazy fast. The people were very nice, they even let me watch the Vikings game while the paper work was being completed and while the Kia was being detailed. It was great. We all were excitted about how the great the Vkings were playing and I was excitted that I was walking out with a new Soal with the color that I have been waiting for. I would have never known that Kia did a special addition with that color if I hadn't stopped in. I was going to wait until Kia had that color available in all of the Soals. I was ready to wait and I didn't have to wait anymore!!!!!

Very helpful and patient sales staff

Mike Pinotti was excellent at explaining the differences in the several cars we looked at, very informative on the features and also very patient answering our questions. While we did not purchase a vehicle at this time, I appreciate the time Mike spent with us.

Good Experience

Good Experience with the staff. Knew the promotions inside and out. The Kia Optima was the car for me and my family. Paperwork was clean and quick.

Awesome Experience!

Working with Mike to get a new Kia 2016 was a great experience along with the service side they finished the 4 part to my car ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with how everything worked out.

Awesome experience!

I have been looking for new vehicles online for over three months. I had it narrowed down to either a Kia Sportage or a mid-size Kia, but leaned toward the Sportage due to AWD and reasonable cost. My experience from the time I walked in and was met with a huge welcome from Guy, to the financing, and overall friendliness of the entire staff, I felt very welcomed, and not taken advantage of. As a single woman, I know car buying is not always the easiest task. They took their time, and in the course of the evening, we accomplished trading in my old car, purchasing a new car and getting extra warranty and Gap protection at a very reasonable cost. I also wanted heated front seats, as my last three vehicles had them, but did not want to move up to the next level model (EX) as the LX was enough of what I wanted. I was able to have seats added in at a very reasonable cost, and still leave with the car that night. I can already see my next purchase and trade-in a few years down the road. Great staff, and my nerves I walked in with were quickly gone. Every question was answered thoroughly and professionally. Great job!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE

From beginning to end our experience was outstanding, from the sales people to the parts department and everyone their they went the extra mile to make sure that we not only got our vehicle, but from that day forward we not only just bought a vehicle but now we are part a AWESOME family that makes sure that our new 2015 Kia Sedona is running at its BEST, DON'T miss out in checking them out and be part of what I call the BEST dealer I have ever found.

The proud owner of a 2016 KIA SORENTO!

My husband and I have been buying new cars since 1972. We usually buy a new car every 6-10 years and it’s usually a GM car. This time I test drove five different cars; KIA, Ford, Lincoln, Acura and a Toyota. I went back to the KIA Dealer for several reasons. The sales person was very easy to deal with and I did not feel any pressure to buy. I also liked the sales person willingness to show me several different vehicle styles that fit my needs. I researched and found out the KIA Sorento is built in Georgia (USA). That helped influence my decision. Lastly, Barnett has a million mile warranty and I checked to see what people thought online. I then found out that my brother had bought his 2014 used truck from Barnett. He told me that there was an issue and Barnett kept their word and fixed his truck with no additional cost to him.

Very helpful!

After thinking about buying a new car for a few months, I wanted to look around and get an idea of what was on the market. I was going from a car to a small SUV, so i wanted to see what I kinds of vehicles i'd be comfortable driving. I visited Barnett several times before deciding to buy from them. The first time i visited, I met Guy. I test drove a Sportage, and then a couple weeks later, i went back to test drive a Soul. Both times Guy was friendly, helpful and always smiling. About a month later, I went back specifically to meet with Guy and get my new car through him. Being fresh out of college and having this be my first time buying my own, NEW, car, I didn't want to get into anything I wasn't sure of. Guy was very helpful trying to HELP me buy a car, rather than trying to sell me a car. He laid out all of the options for me for different vehicles and helped me to decide which route made the most sense for me. To top it off, even though it was over a half hour past closing time on a Friday night when the paperwork finally got done, Guy stayed to make sure I knew where and what all of the controls were on my new vehicle so that I was comfortable driving home. I am extremely happy with my 2016 Sportage and the customer service I received at Barnett!
