I was very disappointed.
I was very disappointed. I was charged too much when I supplied the information. My car sit there for almost 4 hours without anyone calling me then when I finally got a hold of somebody, they told me they didn?t do any work on it because they didn?t have the part. when I go to pick up my vehicle, I was charge $198 for the same information. I told them that was wrong with my car. I don?t make that much money but I felt like I was getting robbed then I asked do you have a military? discount, nobody could figure it out if you had one or you did not have one. I was just very very disappointed. I bought the vehicle from there and had excellent service when I bought the vehicle. That what made me come back to get my vehicle service. I still have not receive a call to let me know if the part was supposedly was ordered came in. Poor communication.
