Great customer service!

All issues we had were addressed, checked out plus recalls we were not aware of were checked, replaced or repaired and explained to us in plain language we could understand. Customer service was excellent as well. (I feel qualified to state this as I am a retired customer service instructor for the Hotel industry)

Great, but...

The sales people were nice and the process was simple. I've always driven a foreign car and took a risk for a better lease price with the Caddy. Frankly, I didn't care about the engine, the tires, the parts, blah blah blah. What I cared about was but that it would fit in my small garage and that I would have the tools in the car I needed for real estate sales. I work 10-12 hours a day showing homes and need a great map. Audi's maps were terrific! Charlie in sales came with me when we looked at an SUV and understood the problem of the small garage. That was too big for the space. Bryce came back with me when the smaller sedan became the possibility and it fit just right. I love the car-it's less wide and less long from the Audi I had and has a ton more room. The only thing that I'm really upset about is a) everyone knew I lived in a condo with a gated parking garage and the car did not come with buttons I could program for the opener and b) the On-Star system is the minimal program loaded into the computer. After calling and registering the system I was appalled to find out that no map would appear on my screen unless I called On-Star for an address each time. I'm pretty sure both sales people could confirm that I said "I don't care about the car, I care that his has a great nav system and back up camera." I told them I take light rail in my regular life and use the car for business only. To not have a nav map at all times in my real estate business makes me mad every time I get in and out of the car!

Just Killing Time

Came to Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake, Homer was the person I spoke to when I went to Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake. Heis very polite and very knowledgeable about the product that he is selling. Every question I gave Homer, He has answer and with a smile on his face. Very friendly and He makes me feel a family member no just another sales to him. I will definetly will buy from Homer, If I am definetly in the Market. Thank you Romer for the wonderful experrience.

New Optima

Romer was fantastic, He listen to what I wanted on the Vehicle. He then stated to me that he has a perfect vehicle for me, what I wanted on the vehicle. Romer did delivered. Finance was okay took awhile to do paper work. Really Happy with my purchase. Thanks Romer.

Fair service

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were relatively quick to do the service. I asked about buffing out a parking-lot scratch and was told that I would have to take it to their body shop in a somewhat dismissive manner.

Saved me money

I appreciate the honesty shown by your employees, I thought that my alternator was bad. However your tests indicated only I weak battery. I saved @ $200.00 because of your honesty. I thank you!!
