BAD customer service and auto service
Really bad sales when we went to look at vehicles. Not interested in talking with us. Took car to have recall repaired, the mechanic took joy ride in my sports car. When I complained, they laughed it off, including the owner John Jones and nothing was ever done. I would not trust this dealership with anything. Definitely would not buy from this place.

Awesome experience
Before I went to Jones, I'd looked in the town I lived. I gone further out about a 75 miles radius and wasn't satisfied with my choices. I walk in, met Jim Vigrass. JIm is a true salesman. He make the process effortless and it's like talking to a friend. Meanwhile, Jim's been collecting information. When he went out and brought back and SUV, I thought Jim had bump he head. Then he managed to get me to test drive it. I called my sister for backup. Between the drive, the cost, the need, the moral support from both Jim and my sister. My daughter drives a reliable vehicle that hopefully will see her well into first job after college. When we took the vehicle back for service, I met one of the Jones. He was out in the service area just talking to people. Conversations are suppose to be easy, funny, and welcoming. This man didn't know me from Eve, but he made me feel important and it only took five minutes. Since then I've been paying much attention to other dealerships treatment. Jones set the standard. Now everybody else has to measure up.
