Great Experience . Scott was really helpful with helping me to find a new car . I am definitely really picky and was able to finally decide also with a great deal ! so happy I decided to come here and purchase a car .

It was quick, easy and painless. 10/10 would recommend. Hugo and Michael were great and made the experience enjoyable. No headache whatsoever.

**Let me start by saying this has been the WORST car

**Let me start by saying this has been the WORST car buying experience of my life. From start to finish, this dealership has been nothing but lies, runarounds, and unprofessional nonsense. Salesman Kevin told me my numbers ‘looked good’ — meanwhile, EIGHT hard inquiries hit my credit report like I wasn’t gonna check. Shady, dishonest, and unacceptable. Then I get the car, and the trunk is lopsided. Had to bring it back to get fixed. Mind you, I’ve only had the car a MONTH. Two weeks later, the paint starts peeling off. When I reached out, the dealership tried to push the blame onto Honda, claiming it was a recall issue. Funny how I called Honda directly — NO RECALL on my car. So now y’all lying AND avoiding responsibility. I spoke to Manager Stephen, who swore he’d talk to his GM and call me back. Nothing but crickets since. THEN Hugo gets on the phone trying to cover for Kevin, being rude, dismissive, and flat out nasty. Little does Hugo know — I recorded that entire conversation. The unprofessionalism was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a business. To make matters worse, Kevin tells me to book a service appointment for the paint. I show up, waste my time and gas, just for them to tell me ‘there’s nothing we can do.’ So now you’re playing with my money, time, AND patience. This dealership is straight-up ROTTEN. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no respect for the people spending their hard-earned money here. ZERO stars if I could. And best believe, I’ll be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Attorney General’s office. I have the recordings and the paperwork to back up every word of this. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. First chance I get, this car’s getting traded in or fixed by someone with actual integrity

Spare me the copy-paste PR nonsense. Your so-called “service” has been absolutely pathetic, and this response is just another example of how little you actually care about your customers. The fact that you have the nerve to “respectfully disagree” with my experience is laughable. You’ve been nothing but useless throughout this entire situation. I’m done wasting my time on your empty apologies and hollow offers to “discuss in good faith.” If this is the best you can do, it’s no wonder your reputation is in the gutter. Do better — or don’t, because at this point it makes no difference.!!! while offering yet another empty invitation to “reach out” for more of the same runaround. I think I’ve had enough of the smoke and mirrors. If this canned response is the best you can do, save it. I have no interest in chasing people who clearly have no intention of actually helping. Kick rocks — and take your performative customer service with you.
