The techs quickly uncovered and repaired an ongoing

The techs quickly uncovered and repaired an ongoing electrical issue that had been troubling me for a long time. I have not had any issues since I picked the vehicle up. The staff especially my contact Drew were very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Being a veteran who is also dealing with cancer I am limited financially and experience hardships whenever I incur unexpected additional demands on my budget. Drew was helpful and understanding of my dilemma. He worked with me until I was able to pay for services and pick up my truck. I can not say enough about how helpful Drew and the technicians were during the repair process. Great work. 11 out of 10.

Best dealership experience ever!

Best dealership experience ever! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment I walked out of the dealership with keys in my hand, I felt so welcomed. Branden Havens, the wonderful sales agent who helped us find our best option for a family SUV, greeted me outside. As we walked to his desk, Branden introduced me to his manager, John Yun, who was seated in the main sales lobby. I feel like most managers hide in their offices so I really liked that I was able to put a face with a name. Branden was very knowledgeable about the technology and features of the car. He even helped me install my car seats in the car we were interested in to make sure they fit properly! I never felt pressured or taken advantage of through the entire car buying process. I cannot say enough nice things about Marine Chevrolet, Branden Havens, and John Yun. Thank y'all so much!

As always, Marine Chevrolet was friendly, professional and very helpful during my purchase of my new Trailblazer. I have been a customer of Marine Chevrilet since 2007, and have purchased 8 vehicles from them. You can gather that I trust Marine Chevrolet to treat me well, both for sales and service after the sale.

Sales could learn from the Services department.

Sales could learn from the Services department. Sales sold me "ALL Fuilds" service for 2 years. Yet, when I pulled in to get my first ALL Fuilds change the services team knew what I was told because she put her head down and said: "I wish they would stop telling people that. Services 5 stars, sales 2 stars.
