I had an appointment on Wednesday 6/18/2025 at 8:30 am

I had an appointment on Wednesday 6/18/2025 at 8:30 am ,kept the car all day and didn't have a chance to check it out,had an appointment on Friday at 1:30,they called me at around 10:00 and said that they couldn't get to it so given them the benefit of doubt I made an appointment for Monday 6/23/25, dropped car off at 8:30 then at 2:00 I hadn't heard from them so I called,low and behold they still haven't gotten to it and they don't think they will get to it today,they should have known that this morning before I took a day off from work,i gave them a 1 star only because they didn't have a 0,I pray that someone of influence read this and make the needed changes to make things better
