2021 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD SLT Texas Edition

RICHARD KARR MOTORS MAKES VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE GREAT AGAIN!!! By far our absolute BEST CAR BUYING Experience EVER! I flew from California to meet my wife to drive a new truck back home (my retirement present). We called on your 2021 GMC 1500 TEXAS Edition that showed was in-transit. Your sales person went out of his way to find this recently delivered vehicle and was able to offer it at similar pricing to what we had already lined up to purchase in San Antonio. Your staff held this vehicle for us without a deposit (which the other dealer wanted/non refundable) while we drove from San Antonio. We arrived expecting high pressure sales pitches and unwanted add-ons. WE GOT NONE OF IT!!! Your team was awesome and we received nothing but excellent service. Your Finance Person/Closer went above and beyond to work with our Credit Union that turned out to be problematic even though we were pre-approved. Your GMC had every option that we were looking for and we could not be more happy with it. Our only mistake is that we didn't START with Richard Karr Motors!!! Ken Ries Smartsville, CA

Terrible Service

the truck has been in their service department at least 10 times since October for the SAME issue. they turn the light off and say it's fixed and then same issue, all this while under warranty. Call Mike Lee in the service department who tells us to take it somewhere else. truck goes some where else and they are able to quickly find the issue. speak to Mr. Goff because why should we pay for something that they could have fixed months ago because it's been the same issue continuously? jump through hoops last week and today, no one is willing to pay for the problem that their mechanics could have fixed MONTHS ago. no more GMC products and def do NOT recommend this dealership or service department

Saturday AM Thanks!

I came in to get my oil changed at 8 AM on a Saturday. They were thorough and quick-just what I needed with three little ones accompanying me. The coffee was fresh and the play room was a welcome spot.

Purchasing a vehicle with Richard Karr Motors

Great customer service. The salesmen were very nice and not pushing you to purchase a vehicle. Working with Thomas Contreras was great. He is very personable and very informative and willing to work with you. I purchased a XT5 SUV Cadillac. Definitely would purchase a vehicle from them again.

Vehicle Repairs

The problem with my vehicle was handled very promptly. I was provided with quality transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. All of the dealership personnel were very very courteous and professional. I was very please with the service and treatment I received.

Service at Richard Karr

I was greeted immediately by a service rep. The order was taken quickly. In and out in less than 2 hours for oil change, etc., tire rotation, and replacement of a running light. Have been having my Tahoe serviced at Richard Karr since 2005.
