Good service

Service was completed as requested. Auto butler was good on the outside, but windows were very smeared on the inside. They will need to be recleaned.

New Escalade Purchase

My experience was great. Bill Campana was willing to answer all my questions and did a great orientation to my new Escalade. Though I have owned 5 Escalades, this one is the most technologically advanced. Bill 's help was invaluable!

good service

work done on time. no way to tell for sure if my tires were rotated. i dont think they were! only way to know is to watch work being done....

Everyone very nice! I had my oil changed, was there for 1 hour!. Not bad!

My ATS was completed correctly and on time. I have purchased my last four vehicles at Smail and will continue to do so because of their service dept.

Kind, efficient and professional all the time.

I was very impressed at how kind and efficient the personnel are at Smails all the time. I was very pleased at how quickly they took care of me and they even washed my Terrain. Thank you for your professionalism.

Service

I was going on vacation and needed the oil changed and tires rotated. The service department got me in in a very timely manor.They are very good at accommodating their customers. It makes a person feel that they matter.
