Everyone is very professional and the maintenance team

Everyone is very professional and the maintenance team worked efficiently. They had a nice seating/waiting area for customers with snacks and drinks as well.

I visited Starling to address a factory recall.

I visited Starling to address a factory recall. Starling misdiagnosed a coolant leak and didn't perform the requested scope (front grill replacement). I took the truck to Marchant Chevrolet because they replaced the coolant control valve in late 2024. They pressure tested the system and were unable to identify the leak. I wasted time and money based on a misdiagnosed issue.
