Great service beyond the sale.

Trapp's service department goes above and beyond to keep my 2021 Colorado and 2014 Cadillac CTS in top running condition. Service is prompt and efficient and I am kept updated on repairs, etc. The business has a nice waiting room with drinks, etc at my disposal and I am provided shuttle service to my home or work. I trust Trapp emphatically with my vehicles.

I've bought my last 3 vehicles from Trapp. They are always easy and more than fair to deal with. Robert (manager) and Chasity (sales) were great (as usual)!

Disappointed customer

My vehicle has been at Trapp Cadillac for almost 2 1/2 months, I’ve been getting the run around for weeks about it being ready. ☺️

Recall Appointment

Trapp has my confidence in providing me with value for my money. This visit was for a covered recall on a used truck I purchased at another dealer. They called me to remind me of the recall and I was able to make an appointment for the next day.

Experience

The first lady I encountered in the service department was rude but the men that work in the oil change area was very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience after that initial contact.

Horrible experience

Traded in a car and ended up with a lemon with overpriced service for repairs, unprofessional employees. Never again will I do business. Very Unhappy.
