Covid has hurt all businesses. They worked me into the schedule fairly quickly. The shuttle drivers are so nice. They had to order a part for the car so I will be going back again soon.

Turner is great, especially Levi the sales guy!!! He was outstanding, kept in contact w/me throughout the FOUR MONTHS PLUS, i had to wait for Chevy to build my truck. OK let's just blame it on COVID, please. My only disappointment was I had to pay for my truck Dec 17th to advantage friends and family discount. That was and is GREAT!!! However I also purchased extended warranty at same time. I extended coverage to 72 mos/72K miles, also excellent. My disappointment was I did not pick up truck until today as it was delivered yesterday. In other words I had 45 days from purchase to deliver of my truck (COVID, right). So I paid for 72mos warranty but actually will only have 70 mos worth of coverage. Doesn't seem quite right. In the big picture not a problem just little irritant that seems like an easy solution- buy 72mos, cover it for 72mos not 70. Understand this was not Levi's issue nor in his control, it was Turner's finance department. Levi because of you I will consider Turner in the future should I need another vehicle. Blessings

I was extremely pleased with my salesperson, Wendy Miller. She was extremely knowledgable, thorough and very attentive and I would definitely recommend her. I bought another car from Turner Automotive in 2007 and the service has been excellent ever since. I would definitely recommend this dealership as well.

Over Christmas our truck has problems and Turner worked us in and got truck back to us. Excellent people and shop. I would highly recommend this group.
