You must be kidding?
You must be kidding? In 2020 I had you replace the transmission in my Silverado. In 2022 it failed and you AGAIN replaced the transmission. In late 2023 my husband died. In mid 2025 the transmission failed yet AGAIN. all of this while the vehicle has been driven less than 5,000 miles. I am now told you only cover the original warranty from 2020? I am then told if I purchase a new car that will resolve the problem? I have paid for a rental car at my own expense because your dealership can't get this issue resolved. I chose this pick-up and it was in excellent shape UNTIL your dealership started working on it. I can't express in polite terms my anger and frustration with your treatment of me and my vehicle.

My repairs were electronic and not mechanical.
My repairs were electronic and not mechanical. The repairs were done satisfactorily. The time frame needed for them wasn't communicated very well but after I voiced my concerns about communicating more often with me, my experience improved greatly.

Buyer beware!
Buyer beware!! Never will I buy a vehicle in WY again, especially from Tyrrell's. I am so disappointed. So misleading!! Must be under new management or ownership they screwed me royal! BBB should hear about this place! God, I wish I would have read the reviews first!!

I was happy with everything except the surprise dealer mark up and non - negotiation about trade in value. Bob Perry in finance helped resolve the bottom line. When you have been on a long waiting list and your turn comes up they know you are grateful to get the vehicle. I am pleased to have my dealer in town. The last purchase was from a dealer 600 miles away from which I have heard absolutely nothing since I drove off the lot a year ago.
